Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with United Kingdom consumer protection laws.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Items with broken safety seals

Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
